Who can buy a design out?

Buy-out and exclusive reservations are open to wholesale and dropshipping members. If you are new here, start with a custom order or talk to us about the design you have in mind.

If I buy a design out, can I still sell it?

Yes — on your own channels. On 365nails the design stays licensed to your account, so nobody else can order it here.

Can a lock be released?

Yes, whenever you ask us in writing. Nothing is released on a timer, and while a design is locked to you we never license it to another account.

How do I order a licensed design?

Wholesale members order it from this page as usual. Dropshipping members place the order in the member portal wallet, not on this store.

Does licensing change the price?

No. Licensed designs follow your existing wholesale or dropshipping pricing. Buy-out fees are quoted separately and confirmed before anything is locked.

What exactly does “visible only to you” mean?

The design is never listed publicly — not in the catalogue, search, recommendations, sitemaps or search-engine listings. It appears on this page for your account, and nowhere else.

Licensed products policy

Licensing reserves a design to your account. A design can be licensed through a custom order, an exclusive selection we reserve for you, or a buy-out of an existing product.

While a design is licensed to you, we do not list it publicly and we do not license the same design to another account. A permanent lock has no expiry: we release it only at your written request.

You can sell designs you own through your own channels. On 365nails they remain licensed to your account. Pricing follows your wholesale or dropshipping price list; buy-out fees are quoted separately.
