HOW YOUR CREDIT WORKS
- Credit is fully deductible against product cost and the per-order handling fee.
- Product is charged at our current website price; shipping is by destination and weight.
- Credit never expires. Non-refundable, but transferable on request.
HOW TO GET STARTED

2. Our team activates your member portal account and emails your login (usually within 24 hours).
3. Log in, add your customer's shipping address, and pay with your store credit.
4. We QC, pack, and ship directly to your customer with tracking.
When your balance runs low, simply purchase again to top up.

Credits do not expire. Credits are non-refundable but transferable upon request. Handling fee applies per order ($1.50 Basic / $1.00 Pro). Private label and early new-arrival access are Pro-only benefits.
