Processing Times
- Standard processing: 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Custom orders: 5–10 business days (depending on design and quantity).
- Peak seasons and holidays may add 1–2 business days.
Shipping Origins
- All orders ship from Yiwu, Jinhua, Zhejiang, China.
Shipping Regions & Methods
- Domestic (China Mainland): SF Express, YTO, or similar.
- International: YunExpress, 4PX, ePacket, or postal/express partners (DHL/UPS/FedEx) depending on destination and weight.
- The exact carrier and service level are selected automatically at checkout or in our warehouse based on speed, reliability, and cost.
Estimated Delivery Times
- China Mainland: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Asia (non‑China): 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- North America: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
- Europe: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
- Oceania: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
- Middle East & Latin America: 10–20 business days after dispatch.
Note: These are estimates. Remote areas, customs clearance, weather, and carrier delays can extend delivery times.
Order Tracking
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number when your order ships.
- Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.
Shipping Fees
- Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/volume, and service level.
- Free shipping thresholds (if any) will be displayed at checkout and on relevant product pages.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
- International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
- We cannot control customs delays. Please contact your local customs office for details.
Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
- Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed, failed delivery attempts), we can reship it after confirming a correct address. Reshipping fees may apply.
Damages, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
- If your parcel arrives damaged, keep all packaging and take photos of the outer box, label, and product, then contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- For lost or significantly delayed shipments, contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier. Replacement or refund solutions will be provided case‑by‑case once the investigation is complete.
Split Shipments
- To speed up delivery, we may ship items separately at no extra cost if part of your order is ready earlier.
Preorders & Backorders
- Estimated ship dates for preorder/backorder items are indicated on the product page. Your order will ship when all items are available unless otherwise arranged.
Wholesale & Bulk Orders
- For large or recurring wholesale shipments, we can provide customized shipping solutions, carton labeling, and commercial invoices. Contact us for quotes and lead times.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to PO Boxes in certain countries and cannot ship hazardous materials. Some regions may be temporarily excluded due to carrier suspensions.
