What you'll pay
Your custom list shows an estimate as you build it: product price × quantity, plus a one-time custom fee where one applies. Our consultant then confirms an itemized quote for the product and custom work. Shipping is priced on your order's weight and destination when you pay, and you see the full total before paying.
Sample first
Every quote includes a sample step. If the order is cancelled before sampling starts, you get a full refund, sample fee included. After sampling, the sample fee is kept. Once production begins, the order is final.
Pay once, two ways
Pay from your 365nails wallet balance or by card. One quote, one payment — no deposits or milestone invoices to track.
Shipping is calculated on the full order's weight and destination at payment, and you choose the route before you pay.

Can I start with only reference images?
Yes. Share your references and describe what you want to create. The team will review feasibility and help clarify the design, technique and packaging requirements.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Handmade projects start at 30 sets; machine-made projects start at 500 sets. Packaging and supplies use the minimums shown on each catalog item. The minimum for your specific design is confirmed in your quote.
How much will my custom order cost?
Handmade nails typically run $1.49–$6.99 per set and machine-made $0.49–$1.49 per set. Your custom list shows an estimate as you build it; the itemized quote is the final price for the product and custom work, with shipping added when you pay.
Can I order packaging without custom nails?
Yes. Start a custom order and add packaging. You can request packaging on its own or combine it with nail designs in the same brief.
How are samples and production timing confirmed?
Your quote defines the sample and its fee. After you approve the sample, handmade runs take about 7–15 working days and machine-made runs 20–35 working days, plus shipping.
Is shipping included, and who pays it?
Shipping is priced when you pay, calculated on the whole order's weight and destination. You pick the route, see the full total including shipping, and pay once.
Can I test the quality before committing to a custom run?
Yes — every project includes a sample step, and production only starts after the sample is approved.
How are nails packaged if I don't add branding?
Tell us in your brief how you would like unbranded nails packed. Add logo labels, cards or boxes to your list whenever you want them branded.
Can I cancel, and what is refunded?
Before sampling starts: full refund including the sample fee. After sampling: refund minus the sample fee. Once production begins, the order can no longer be cancelled.
