Will my customer pay duties? ⌄
For US deliveries we ship on tax-inclusive lines, so your customer isn't charged duties at the door. For other destinations, import duties or VAT — where the destination country charges them — are the customer's responsibility, unless the route you choose is labelled tax-inclusive.
Can you ship products I make myself? ⌄
Yes — that's the "consign your own products" door above. We issue your product a warehouse SKU, you ship it to our warehouse code, we check it in, and it fulfills from your own stock in your own packaging just like a catalog order.
Can I store my own packaging with you? ⌄
Yes, on Pro and Super. Declare it in the portal; each order deducts from your balance, a low-balance alert warns you before you run out, and we switch to neutral packaging automatically so nothing stalls. Storage is free for 12 months.
Can you handle volume or a busy launch? ⌄
Yes. We comfortably fulfill up to around 50 orders a day per store at standard handling times. Scaling past that? Your dedicated manager (Super) helps you plan ahead so nothing slips during a launch or seasonal spike.
