I only have reference images — is that enough?
Yes. Upload sketches, inspo photos, color references or logo files (up to 8). Your consultant scopes the production route, MOQ and finishes, and replies with an itemized quote within 48 hours.
Handmade vs machine-made — which should I choose?
Handmade starts at 30 sets and suits high-detail artistry and premium small batches. Machine-made starts at 1,000 sets and gives the sharpest unit cost at volume. Not sure? Submit either way — your consultant will advise.
Can I get branded packaging together with my nails?
Absolutely. Logo stickers, cards & sleeves and full private-label boxes can be quoted alongside any nail project — or standalone through the packaging path.
What happens if there's a quality issue?
Every batch passes in-line and pre-ship QC, and you approve a sample before production starts. If anything still arrives off-spec, report it within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a remake or refund assessment.
