Sample Fee and Credit Policy
- Sample fee: USD $30 per custom design.
- Credit: The $30 sample fee will be fully credited toward your first production order of the same design.
- Eligibility: Credit applies once per design and must be used within 90 days of sample approval.
- Non‑refundable: The sample fee is non‑refundable if no production order is placed.
- Order linkage: To receive the credit, reference the sample ID on your purchase order.
- Scope: Sample includes three round of standard revisions (color/finish tweaks). Additional revisions may incur a fee.
- Shipping: Sample shipping is charged separately at cost.
- Production lead time: Starts after sample approval and deposit/payment as agreed.

How much is the logistics freight?
1. Default Shipping Fee:

The default shipping fee is calculated per kilogram. By default, 30 products weigh 1 kg. Therefore, the shipping fee for buying one product is the same as for buying 30 products. (A few countries charge 0.5 kg.)
